Sales Support Officer (M/F)

In this newly created role, you will be part of the Business Development department and will support the sales growth targets of the company. You are working hand-in-hand with the Sales Executive and support him in all sales related daily operational tasks. That ranges from sales analytics to proposal and presentation creation, lead cycle support, sales correspondence and sales data management.


Who we are:

LuxProvide is Luxembourg’s HPC Center, in charge of implementing supercomputing facilities and providing HPC, HPDA & AI competencies and services. For our recently set up organization and HPC/Cloud infrastructure, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our Compute & Data Services team in charge of operating and developing our HPC and Cloud facilities.
Your role consists in :


Role responsibilities and duties:

You will take over a holistic responsibility for all aspects of B2B sales support. Along the whole lead generation and lead sales cycle you will be working hand-in-hand with the Sales Executive, supporting his sales efforts in all aspects internally and externally. You are playing an integral role in the efforts to ensure the sales activities of the company show highest returns.


Responsibilities in the Marketing field:

  • Support all B2B sales activities of the company in target markets Luxembourg, Greater Region and other countries
  • Carry out various sales support tasks along the whole lead generation and sales cycle, working closely with the Sales Executive.
  • ou are the sales support “mastermind” in the back of the Sales Executive, ensuring that at all times there is full control with regards to lead data, sales analytics and all other sales activities (tender, proposal deadlines, submission dates, presentations, reconciliation etc.)
  • You carry out market and company analytics as part of sales process
  • You are creating sales presentations that speak for themselves
  • You are taking responsibility for complex tender and proposal processes, ensuring that all content parts will be aligned and delivered, and all deadlines are met
  • You support the whole Proposal & Offer Management process, you edit and compile offers
  • You maintain the lead and customer database and document library, while editing and compiling all type of contractual documents (Important: all offers and contracts are written in English)
  • You are also communicating with leads and potential customer under supervision of sales executive
  • You are acting as the internal interface manager ensuring the smooth cooperation of all parties involved when it comes to proposals etc.
  • You work with and improve further the Sales Management system
  • You are supporting sales client presentations and meetings from time to time


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, economics, public relations, or other relevant field
  • At least 4 years’ experience in marketing, sales or communication in a similar role
  • Experience in B2B Sales Support processes
  • Market experience in industries like, IT, technology, health tech, space, telecom, scientific etc. not a must but a plus
  • You are well organized, you love to define clear processes and structures so you are able to oversee complex sales process in parallel at any time
  • You live a strong service orientation and love to improve service support processes
  • You are a strong communicator verbally and written in English plus German or French
  • You aways keep control of the situation, e. g. when it comes to meeting deadlines you ensure everything works as planned
  • When it comes to getting things done – you ensure it is done
