Sales Manager (M/F)

The Sales Manager will be a member of the Business Development department and will contribute under the lead of the Chief Business Development Officer to the elaboration of the business strategy, products, and services of the company.

Who we are:

LuxProvide is Luxembourg’s HPC Center, in charge of implementing supercomputing facilities and providing HPC, HPDA & AI competencies and services. 

Your role consists in:

  • Promote the company’s customer-centric culture by contributing to solve customer issues, addressing customer problems and concerns quickly to reflect the regard in which each customer is held
  • Contribute to the determination of pricing schedules related to the company’s products, solutions, and services
  • Participate in the negotiations with (prospective) clients, contribute to the development of quotes and proposals, finally prepare, and submit appropriate sales contracts for orders
  • Meet with customers and participate in the discussions of their (evolving) needs by promoting the company’s capabilities, products, and organization
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers and organize and develop specific customer-relations programs to ensure with the support of the other departments and teams that customers are satisfied with the company’s services and products

Profile:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Customer Relations Management with a strong pan-European experience in IT, an MBA is preferred
  • Excellent communicator and listener, at ease with various stakeholders, and in different settings
  • High focus on results and proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding goals/targets
  • Demonstrate outstanding work ethics as well as sound judgement and integrity
  • Fluent in English and French, German being an advantage
